Iranians abducted in Syria are in good health: Iranian deputy FM

TEHRAN,Oct.22(MNA) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said on Sunday that the 48 Iranian nationals abducted in Syria are “in good health”. Amir-Abdollahian also said that consultations are underway to obtain their release. The Iranian nationals were abducted by the Syrian rebel al-Baraa Brigade, which is affiliated with the self-proclaimed Free Syrian Army, on August 4 and have been threatened with death.
