Iranians living In UAE, Bridge Between Two Nations - FM

Tehran, Aug 21, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Tuesday evening described Iranians residing in the United Arab Emirates as a bridge between the two countries which helps develop bilateral relations. Zarif made the remark in a telephone conversation with his UAE counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed. He then referred to commonalities shared by the two nations, underlining the need for further boost in bilateral ties. He hoped the two states would witness growing relations under the new Iranian administration. For his part, the UAE minister congratulated Zarif on his appointment as new Iran's foreign minister./end
