Iraqi Defense Minister To Visit Tehran

Tehran, Sept 23, IRNA – Iraqi Defense Minister Sadoun al-Dulaimi is to visit Tehran at the head of a high-ranking delegation on Monday at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan. During his stay, al-Dulaimi is scheduled to meet with a number of senior Iranian officials to review issues of mutual interest as well as regional and international developments. One of the main objectives of al-Dulaimi’s second official visit to Iran is to cement defense relations between Tehran and Baghdad./end
