IRGC forces kill terrorists in NW Iran

TEHRAN, Aug. 07 (MNA) – IRGC destroyed an anti-revolutionary terrorist group at the border region of West Azerbaijan province. Commander of Ground Forces Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour announced on Sunday that IRGC forces killed two armed assassins in a timely manner who were planning to penetrate the country’s borders with the aim of sabotage and conducting terrorist acts. “Four terrorist gunmen were also injured and a few ammunition and military equipment were grabbed,” he noted. The IRGC is, meanwhile, watchful of terrorist movements throughout the country.
