IRREGULAR CABINET MEETING HELD

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its irregular meeting on Tuesday, the cabinet authorized Ch.Ulaan, the Minister of Finance, and N.Batbayar, the Minister of Economic Development, to establish a contract on financial intermediation with the Bank of Mongolia. This contract aims to properly manage a spending of money source of USD 1.5 billion raised from the sale of governmental bonds at the international market, and to ensure a positive influence of the macroeconomics. The contract also allows the state to co-ordinate a management and a spending of the governmental capital with an implementation of the state fiscal policy and its key purposes. ** ** ** As the cabinet decided, D.Tseveenjav has been discharged from a post of the head of the Customs General Administration (CGA), and Mr O.Ganbat has been appointed the acting head of the CGA. In addition, B.Battomor has been freed from a post of the head of the General Department of Taxation (GDT), and Mr T.Batmagnai has been appointed the acting head of the GDT. B.Khuder
