Jeenbekov attends solemn event on occasion of 95th anniversary of country’s judicial system

Bishkek, Dec.9, 2019./Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov is taking part in the solemn event on the occasion of 95th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s judicial system. The event is being held at the Toktogul Satylganov State Philharmonic. Jeenbekov congratulated all those involved in this holiday, and noted that almost a century of history has seen the establishment of the judicial bodies of the country as one of the branches of power. The judicial system has gone a glorious way. Addressing the staff of the judicial system, Sooronbay Jeenbekov emphasized that it is impossible to achieve the development of the state without building a fair, transparent and independent judicial system. It is also impossible to promote the economy, social sphere, protect the rights of citizens, create fair governance. “As our practice shows, successful implementation of reforms in all sectors largely depends on the judicial system. Therefore, judicial reform should be perceived as a reform that directly affects the development of the country. Every judge, as well as the entire judiciary, should always feel this great responsibility and use it as a basic principle in their work. Trust in the court is the trust in the whole of government. Moving forward and development are possible only with the trust in the judiciary,” Jeenbekov said.
