"JUSTICE" COALITION FACTION MEETS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A regular meeting of the faction of the "Justice" coalition (Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party and the Mongolian National Democratic Party) discussed several issues, said N.Battsereg Monday, the faction's head.
They considered projects and programmes proposed by them for in a list of buildings and constructions to be erected with capitals from the budget for 2013-2016.
As was decided that elected from the "Justice" coalition through the majority system MPs will propose mid-term programs to their constituencies, whereas the elected through the proportional system will focus attention on projects and programmes which have not been launched yet and are discussed nationwide, N.Battsereg said. In first turn, they will submit proposals to the Ministry of Economic Development.
Since the parliamentary Standing committees started to take draft resolutions to be submitted to the upcoming spring session, the faction is about to present its specific bills. "Our members have agreed to submit draft laws on urgent matters which are in a center of society. A working group has been set up with 11 MPs to draw up three draft laws," N.Battsereg said.
Moreover, the faction decided to set up other working groups for draft law on border and on package of laws on land relations, which will be discussed at parliament this week.
