King of Spain arrives in UAE

Abu Dhabi (WAM): His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain arrived yesterday in the UAE in an official visit. During the visit, he will meet a number of officials in the country. King of Spain was received at the Presidential Flight Abu Dhabi by H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs. HM King Juan Carlos of Spain visited the tomb of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi on Sunday. He was accompanied by Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and head of the honorary mission accompanying the King of Spain. The King of Spain lauded the role played by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in laying the foundation for the strong ties between the UAE and Spain.
