Kyrgyz, Kazakh FMs discuss preparations for Tokayev’s state visit to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Oct.17, 2019. /Kabar/. Kazakhstan’s Nur-Sultan city hosted the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov and Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi. According to the press service of Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Ministry, the ministers discussed in detail the state and prospects of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh cooperation, as well as the issues of preparation for the upcoming state visit of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Kyrgyzstan. Aidarbekov stressed maintaining good-neighbourly and friendly relations with Kazakhstan is one of the main priorities of the country's foreign policy. The parties agreed deputy foreign ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will hold inter-ministerial consultations in Bishkek in the near future with the participation of representatives of competent ministries..
