Kyrgyzstan’s success in building democratic state with parliamentary form of gov’t noted in Europe

Bishkek, Dec.11, 2019 /Kabar/. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019 in the framework of the 17th meeting of the Kyrgyz Republic-European Union Cooperation Council, Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov held an extended format meeting with ambassadors of the EU member states - members of the EU Political and Security Committee, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said. In his speech, FM Aidarbekov informed in detail about the foreign policy priorities of the Kyrgyz Republic, reforms and transformations in the judicial, law enforcement, fiscal and other spheres, regional development and digitalization in the country. European diplomats, in turn, noted the success of the Kyrgyz Republic in building a democratic state with a parliamentary form of government, and supported the efforts and actions of the leadership of the Kyrgyz Republic in promoting reforms. The issues of cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU, as well as interregional cooperation of the Central Asian states were also touched upon.
