Kyrgyzstan, China sign agreement on cooperation

Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 4 / Trend V. Zhavoronkova/ Kyrgyzstan and China have signed a number of intergovernmental agreements on cooperation, KyrTAG reported on Tuesday. The documents were signed as the result of the meeting of the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Wen Jiabao and Kyrgyz Prime Minister Zhantoro Satibaldiyev. They Chinese ExImbank and Kyrgyz Finance Ministry have signed an agreement on preferential crediting of the rehabilitation project of Osh-Batken-Isfana and Bishkek- Balikchi roads. They also agreed to cooperate in the spheres of antimonopoly policy, commerce, economic development, investments, mineral resources, geology and mining. Wen Jiabao's visit is held within the participation in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting. Chinese official also met with Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev.
