Kyrgyzstan establishes diplomatic relations with number of countries

Bishkek, Sept. 27, 2019. / Kabar /. On Sept. 26 on the sidelines of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, separate bilateral meetings of Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov with the heads of delegations of Kiribati, Vanuatu, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Cape Verde took place in New York, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The signing ceremonies of the Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations with these countries took place.
The documents were signed by
Taneti Maamau, President and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kiribati,
Ralph Regenvanu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Vanuatu,
Ralph Goncalves, Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines,
Luis Filipe Tavares, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Cape Verde,
During the meetings, the parties also discussed issues of interaction on the agenda of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, as well as mutual support for candidates to the UN elected bodies.
