In order to develop the IT sector, the government adopted "E-Mongolia" programme in 2005, the "Creating master system of registration and information" programme in 2008, and the "E-governance" programme in this year. In accordance with a plan on develop the E-governance until 2010 has included 22 projects on creating and developing E-public services, improving state services for people and developing the infrastructure, agencies, ministries and organizations have launched implementing their projects and programmes, but these have not realized well due to lack of a master policy, rule and standards. Thus, the cabinet needs to create the policy with aims to improve realization of the projects and programmes on the E-governance by maintaining a unified policy, augmenting benefits of investments and to develop the related infrastructure. An obligation was given to Ts.Jadamba, a head of the ICTPA to work out a plan for ensuring co-ordination of projects and programmes on IT to be realized in 2013, and to present it to the cabinet in December 15, 2012.
