Minister: Association agreement between Georgia and EU to be signed by September 2014

Tbilisi, Georgia, Nov. 27 By Nana Kirtzkhalia -Trend: The association agreement between Georgia and the EU is bound to be signed by September 2014, Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze said at the briefing on Nov.27. "We are facing an important historical event. The initialing of the association agreement will be held at the Vilnius summit," the minister said. Panjikidze expressed confidence that before signing the agreement that, according to her, will presumably happen in September 2014, Georgia will do everything to fulfill its obligations, and the European Union - to fulfill its, because a number of technical issues should be solved this year.
