MONGOLIA AND CHINA TO COOPERATE IN NATURE PROTECTION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Deputy Minister for Nature, Environment and Green development B.Tulga and the deputy minister for Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China Mr Ganji Li signed a five-year memorandum on cooperation between the two Ministries December 17. The Deputy Minister Mr Tulga said the reflected in the document matters will be realized soon. "And it will be efficient because our countries have many similar targets in the nature protection policies," added the Chinese side. The two sides intend to cooperate in such several directions as ecology and biological diversity; protection from yellow dust storms; desertification; urban and rural environment management; transborder environment protection; nature-related finance and manufacturing; a support to environmental education; an increase of people's knowledge about the environmental protection.
