MONGOLIA, GERMANY TO ERECT SOLAR PLANTS HERE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A head of Mongolia's Energy Development Association, an affiliate of the Ministry of Energy, Mr Ya.Purevzhav and director of German "Mup international GMBH & CO.KG” K.Strasser signed a memorandum on establishing here a solar power station December 4. The "Mup international GMBH & CO.KG" has a great experience in creating small-scale solar plants not only in Germany and in several countries of Europe. It has conducted a research into possibilities of erecting wind and solar stations here since 2006. The German side is planning now to issue own money for constructing the solar plants of 100MW. As the sides have agreed, plants of 30MW will be created in each of Dorgon, Taishir and Dalanzadgad soum. Ch.Enkhtuya
