NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF "ERDENES MGL" LLC APPOINTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ At its meeting of the Representative Governing Council held on Monday, the state-owned "Erdenes MGL" LLC appointed O.Sainbuyan as its executive director. Replacing the former executive director Ya.Dolgorjav, the new executive director worked as a director-general of the "Teso Trade" company before the appointment. The "Erdenes MGL" LLC is a state-owned limited liability company was established in 2007 in accordance with the laws on company and on mineral resources with a purpose of representing Government of Mongolia in ownership and development of strategically important mining deposits in Mongolia. The "Erdenes MGL" LLC's Representative Governing Council includes representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Mining and the State Property Committee. B.Khuder
