Organization of Kyrgyz President’s visit to EU institutions discussed in Brussels

Bishkek, Feb. 13, 2020 / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov met in Brussels with Secretary General of the European External Action Service Helga Schmid. During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU and the prospects for its further development, as well as issues of technical preparations for signing a new Agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU,” the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said. In addition, the organization of the visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov to the EU institutions in 2020 was discussed.
