OUR JOURNLAISTS AND TRANSLATORS AWARDED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the New Year celebration, the MONTSAME news agency lar Friday presented its Supreme Award--the Owner of Golden Rule--to Sh.Erdenechimeg, a parliamentary journalist at the Domestic News Desk. She has been serving in the agency for 15 years, providing our News Abroad Desk with major news on political life and parliament. The title of Foremost Worker of Media has been given to B.Tuul, a journalist and web-editor at the Domestic News Desk; to B.Ooluun, a correspondent-translator of the Mongol Messenger newspaper (English); to G.Battsetseg, a translator-editor at the News Abroad Desk; and to J.Batsaikhan, a correspondent-translator of the Novosti Mongolii newspaper (Russian). The Medal of Steel Pen Holder of the United Confederation of Mongolian Journalists went to four journalists and translators. The prize for top workers have been awarded J.Erdenemonkh, a producer of the MONTA TV studio; D.Mainbat, the editor-in-charge of the Mongolian News (Chinese); B.Elbegzaya, a manager of the "Khumuun Bichig" newspaper (Mongolian script); B.Tomor, a finance and marketing manager; and Ts.Davaadulam, a servant.
