PARLIAMENT APPROVES DRAFT LAW ON ANNULLING AGREEMENTS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A plenary meeting of parliamentary session on Friday adopted a draft law on annulling the law that ratified agreements with United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Kuwait on not imposing the income and capital taxes and prevention of tax evasion. Such a contract on exempting from double tax has been established with some 30 countries so far. Circumstances of the times when these agreements were made are different from those of present times', so some of these contracts must be changed or annulled, the MPs say. B.Khuder
