PARLIAMENTARIANS VISIT MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND AGRICULTURE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The MPs, led by G.Bayarsaikhan, a chairman of the Standing Committee on Nature, environment, food and agriculture, visited the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture on Wednesday. At a meeting with vice ministers Ts.Tuvaan and B.Tsogtgerel several problems were touched upon. The Ministry officials said an export of unprocessed horse- and cowhides is negatively influencing a development of domestic production, and that such issues as veterinary laboratory, bonus for vegetable growers, a legislature in agriculture sphere need a great deal of attention. G.Bayarsaikhan said the sector of industry and agriculture can make up 80 percent of employment, so the Ministry must do this work with initiative and determination. Ch.Enkhtuya
