PARLIAMENTARY OFFICE TAKES 651 LETTERS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Since opening its autumn session, the State Great Khural and its Office have received 651 letters from 1,649 people. Solve are 374 of them, or 58 per cent, 145 have been passed to related organizations and officers for consideration, 132 letters are being studied, the Parliamentary Office says. In October, the administration of Ulaanbaatar city started receiving requests and complaints from people in document form and through the "Call center" and the "www.ub1200.mn" website. Last month, one thous. 768 people dialed the Call center, showing an increase by 203 against October; 787 people dialed the Call center since December, and 967 people sent their complaints and requests to the website. In the last three months, the city's administration received and tackled 4,120 requests and complaints.
