Passive defense can thwart enemy’s plots: Iranian intelligence minister

TEHRAN, Nov. 29(MNA) -- Iranian Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi said that the enemy has devised plots to undermine Iranian industrial organizations at this critical juncture, but passive defense can thwart these plots. He made the remarks in an address to the 4th National Seminar on the Basij and Passive Defense, which was held in Tehran on Monday. Although passive defense is complementary to active defense, it is regarded as one of the most peaceful and reasonable defense techniques, he said.
