He got acquainted with realization of a preparation for a governmental purpose to create 150 thousand job places in four years and to see achievements of the collaboration between the state organizations and other participants in the works planned. Then he gave some obligations to officials. In frames of the governmental goal, a programme “Mongolian with Employment” has been worked out, its first step is to prepare trained workers within February-June of this year at orders of enterprisers that will participate in the biggest great construction to be implemented by the government. Employers are interested in hiring more in spheres of mining, construction, roads, transportation, agriculture and energy, so workers are expected to be ready in a short time with governmental support. By the programme, the vocational training will last 5-6 months, running through theoretical and practical phases. In the first two months, every trainee will have an allowance of MNT 190,400 per month, then he/she will get salary from an employer. The cabinet is paying a great deal of attention to providing every citizen with jobs and income and to creating a domestic work force for the great construction works, the Premier underlined, adding that people must exploit this opportunity. “People have a big chance to contribute to our country's great construction by having education and income. The cabinet for reforms is ready to support everybody's creative participation in it,” N.Altankhuyag said. B.Khuder
