PRESIDENT RECEIVES FM OF KYRGYZSTAN

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Mongolia considers Kyrgyzstan as its important partner in Central Asia, the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj said during a meeting on Monday with Mr Erlan Bekeshovich Abdyldaev, Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Foreign Minister. The State Head emphasized an importance of the FM's visit which coincided with the 20th anniversary of Mongolia-Kyrgyzstan diplomatic relations, and hoped that this visit will contribute to realizing of works agreed during his official visit to Kyrgyzstan in April of 2012. Mr Elbegdorj said Mongolia wants to closely cooperate with Kyrgyzstan by supporting each other and sharing experiences in order to strengthen the democratic values. He expressed a hope the Foreign Minister will take part in the 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies (CoD) which will run in April the next year in Ulaanbaatar. In turn, Mr Abdyldaev thanked the President for the audience and said some works and measures are being implemented in frames of the high level visit of the President to Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan wants to widen the cooperation with Mongolia in all spheres, he added. The Foreign Minister expressed a willingness of his country to share experiences in the extraction industry and in the public service, especially in a court reform. He believes the leader of Mongolia will participate in a high level meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) which is scheduled in 2013 in Kyrgyzstan. The President affirmed again that his Kyrgyz counterpart has been invited to Mongolia with a visit and underlined an importance of the FM's visit in strengthening of the bilateral political talks and in expanding the cooperation.
