PRESIDENT SUBMITS PROPOSAL

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia submited Thursday to parliament a proposal to appoint Mr G.Erdenebat the Deputy General Prosecutor. It has been done on a basis of provisions of the Constitution, a law on President of Mongolia and a law on Prosecutor. Mr G.Erdenebat was born in 1972. He graduated 31st secondary school in Ulaanbaatar in 1990, the Academy of Police in 1994, Management school of the University of Defense in 1997 and a Law academy of Uralian State University in 2000. He is a lawyer. He served as the officer of border troops in 1994-1995, was a professor at the University of Defense in 1995-1997, worked as law advisor in administration office of Border Troops in 1997-2000, a professor in Law School of Mongolia's National University in 2000-2009, an assistant for law issues at Office of the President in 2009-2010.
