Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan exchange state awards

Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 18 Trend: After the IV Session of the Council of the presidents of Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan, Viktor Yanukovych and Ilham Aliyev exchanged state awards, the official website of the Ukrainian president reported on Nov.18. The president of Ukraine has awarded the Order of Liberty to the President of Azerbaijan. In turn, the President of Azerbaijan has awarded the president of Ukraine with Heydar Aliyev order - a supreme state award in Azerbaijan.
