RE-ELECTION AT 26TH CONSTITUENCY POSTPONED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A re-election at the city's 26th constituency in Songinokhairkhan district has been postponed. This has been caused by a claim submitted to the court by a candidate L.Erkhembayar who had been running in the parliamentary elections this summer at this constituency. The re-election at this constituency was scheduled to run together with the elections of the Citizens' Representative Khural of aimags, soums and city's districts on November 21. A decision to postpone was made Wednesday by the constitutional committee, which considers that the voting must run after tackling the problem. Another parliamentary re-election, at the 22nd constituency will take place the same with the local elections day. Candidates D.Arvin and B.Batzorig will run for one seat in the 22nd constituency; and D.Sumyabazar and L.Erkhembayar--for one seat in the 26th constituency. B.Khuder
