Pyongyang, March 16 (KCNA) -- Cecil Haney, commander of the U.S. Strategic Force, recently said modernization of nuclear weapons admits of no choice like a matter of urgent necessity. Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says: This proves itself that the U.S. is a despicable nuclear criminal threatening the world with nukes and driving mankind into the crucible of a nuclear war.
