S. Korean Warmongers Urged to Stop Reckless Provocation

Pyongyang, June 8 (KCNA) -- It is the stand of the DPRK to settle accounts with the traitors and warmongers by force as they seek a way out in confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north and a war against the north, in disregard of the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and peace on the Korean peninsula, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in an article. The south Korean warmongers are now totally denying dialogue, while misjudging the good faith and generosity shown by the DPRK for peace and security of the country and improvement of the inter-Korean relations and even they are escalating military provocations, the article says, and goes on: The Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea in a statement issued as regards the prevailing grave situation solemnly declared the principled stand of the DPRK that if the south Korean authorities deny its just proposal for defusing tension and guaranteeing peace on the Korean peninsula by conducting reckless military provocation, its counteraction will be merciless physical option. Righteous and merciless will be the DPRK's military strike to punish the provocateurs and disturbers of peace. The south Korean warmongers should bear in mind that the non-peaceful physical counteraction will bring the north a great victory of national reunification but the group of traitors a miserable defeat, and stop at once the reckless military provocations. -0-
