Saif bin Zayed receives "Senior Leadership" certificate from U.S. Institute of Harrington

Abu Dhabi: H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior has been awarded "Senior leadership" certificate from "The Harrington Institute" of America. Sheikh Saif received his certificate from Dr. James Harrington, the CEO of the Harrington Institute, in recognition of his role and efforts in promoting the federal government's commitment for continuous improvement at all levels. H. James Harrington is an American author, lecturer, consultant, international performance improvement and quality guru, entrepreneur, engineer and business man. He has authored 35 books and created ten software packages on performance improvement. The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police and a number of senior officials. – Emirates New Agency, WAM
