STANDING COMMITEE BACKS G.ERDENEBAT

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Members of the parliamentary Standing committee on justice backed Wednesday the President's proposal to appoint G.Erdenebat the deputy head of the General Prosecutorial Office (GPO). It was introduced by Ch.Onorbayar, an advisor to the President on legal policy. The suggestion has been based on the Constitution, laws on the President and on Prosecutorial Office. Mr G.Erdenebat was born in 1972 in Ulaanbaatar, he graduated from the #31 secondary school in 1990, the Police Institute, the Defense University and the Law Academy of Ural of Russia. B.Khuder
