STANDING COMMITTEE DOES NOT WANT R.AMARJARGAL MP TO RESIGN

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its meeting on Tuesday, the Standing committee on state structure did not back R.Amarjargal's request to resign from the post of MP. Apart of this matter, the Standing committee meeting chaired by A.Bakei MP, discussed an issue of whether to have parliament consider draft amendments to laws on the State Great Khural (parliament), also regime of parliamentary session, rules of implementing a monitoring, and regulating public and private interests at state services. After hearing these drafts, the Standing committee decided to discuss them at a plenary meeting of parliamentary session, except two of them. The draft amendments to the laws on the regulation of interests and on state services will be arranged for discussions.
