Turkish exporters to host Chinese vice president

ISTANBUL (A.A) - February 20, 2012 - Turkish Assembly of Exporters (TIM) will host Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping and accompanying delegation of CEOs and chairpersons of leading Chinese companies in Istanbul. A statement by TIM said on Monday that Chinese Vice President Xi, who would visit Turkey upon invitation by Turkish President Abdullah Gul, would meet with CEOs of Turkish companies at Turkish-Chinese Business Forum meeting that would take place at Istanbul Hilton Convention Center on February 22. 28 agreements were expected to be signed in the meeting, the statement said. Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan and Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan will attend the opening ceremony of the Turkish-Chinese Business Forum meeting.
