Turkish FM to deliver a speech at Munich Security Conference
MUNICH (A.A) – February 2, 2012 – Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is expected to deliver a speech at the 48th Munich Security Conference.
The conference will begin in German city of Munich on Friday with participation of presidents, prime ministers, ministers and delegations from 80 countries. It will end on February 5.
Davutoglu is expected to deliver a speech at a panel discussion titled "Building a New Middle East" within the scope of the conference.
Premiers and foreign ministers from Qatar, Tunisia and Egypt as well as other officials will participate in the panel discussion.
Over the past decades the Munich Security Conference has become the major security policy conference worldwide. Each year it brings together senior figures from around the world to engage in an intensive debate on current and future security challenges.
