Turkish national flag carrier cancels some of Friday's flights

ISTANBUL (A.A) - February 16, 2012 - Turkish Airlines (THY) cancelled on Thursday some of its Friday's domestic and international flights due to bad weather conditions. THY posted a statement on its web-site in which it said that severe winter conditions had hampered air traffic across Turkey, and therefore some THY domestic and international flights were cancelled. THY said some of its Friday's flights to Hannover, Baku, Geneva, Athens, Hamburg, Nice and Batumi, as well as Denizli, Ankara, Malatya, Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Izmir, Mugla, Sivas, Erzincan and Sinop were cancelled.
