UAE non-resident ambassador to Paraguay presents credentials to President Cartes

Asuncion, Paraguay: UAE Ambassador to Brazil, Sultan Rashid Al-Kaitoub, has presented his credentials to President of Paraguay Horacio Cartes as UAE Non-Resident Ambassador to Paraguay. At the meeting, Ambassador Al-Kaitoub conveyed to President Cartes greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and affirmed that UAE considers Paraguay as a strategic regional partner and is prepared to deepen bilateral cooperation with the South American country in all spheres. Ambassador Al Kaitoub also emphasised the need for continuing dialogue, cooperation and exchange of visits between the two countries in order to further promote their bilateral relationship and serve their common interests. For his part, the president of Paraguay welcomed the UAE ambassador and wished for a success for him in his assignment. He also asked the UAE ambassador to convey his greetings to His Highness the UAE President. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
