UAE President Felicitates Iran President-elect Rohani

Abu Dhabi, June 17, IRNA – The ruler of Abu Dhabi and the UAE president extended congratulation message to Hojjatoleslam Hassan Rohani on his victory in Iranˈs June 14 presidential election. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan also felicitated the Iranian nation on holding a successful election on Friday. He further hoped Tehran and Abu Dhabi would promote cooperation in line with their national as well as regional interest. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Prime Minister, and Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in separate messages, also felicitated the president-elect Rohani./end
