US expats in Thailand gather to follow up US election

BANGKOK, 9 Nov (TNA) - US citizens who worked in Thailand have gathered in Bangkok this morning to show their support for Democrat Party in the US Presidential election. More than 100 American who are Democrat supporters have gradually get together at a restaurant on Surawongse Road since before 7am to closely follow up the US election results. They wanted Hillary Clinton, Democratic Party candidate to win the Presidential election today. The results of the election was to close to call but the Democrat supporters were confident that, at the end of the day, Clinton would be the 45th US President. In Thailand, there was no report of the gathering of US citizens who support Republican Party candidate, Donald Trump. (TNA)
