U.S. violation of Iran’s airspace ‘an act of aggression’

TEHRAN, Dec. 12 (MNA)-- In reply to a question about the U.S. spy drone,Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi described the move as an act of aggression and said in addition to filing a complaint with the United Nations, Iran plans to discuss the issue with the Islamic Cooperation Organization, the Non-Aligned Movement, and other international groups. Salehi expressed hope that the downing of the spy drone plane would be a lesson to the U.S. and other countries which have adopted a hostile attitude toward the Islamic Republic and said, “They should be aware that Iran is a vigilant country which is able to defend its national sovereignty.”
