Voting at detention facilities ‘transparent and fair’

Baku, September 26, AZERTAC Inmates at Azerbaijan`s detention facilities are freely voting in a referendum on amendments to the Constitution, according to Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice. The voting takes place in a transparent and fair manner, the service said. The service added that 26 polling stations in 14 constituencies were set up at prisons and detention facilities across the country.
