WORKS FOR EASTERN AIMAGS TO BE DONE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The cabinet adopted last Saturday a plan of a follow-up to the working tours of the Prime Minister to eastern aimags. An order was given to D.Gankhuyag, the Minister of Mining, to make an agreement on the payment size for exploitation of oil reserve in Dornod province, and to reflect it in the production-sharing contract established on the "Toson-Uul" #9 area of oil extraction. In addition, the cabinet decided to consider issues of granting licenses to the "Toson-Uul" and the "Tamsag" areas after determining an implementation point of production-sharing and reaching an agreement between the Oil Authority and the "PetroChina Daqin Tamsag" LLC. Other decisions were made also to provide the oil extraction activities in Dornod with necessary labour force from the locality, to augment salaries of the Mongolians employed by the "PetroChina Daqin Tamsag" LLC on January of 2013. After this, the Minister of Road and Transportation A.Gansukh was told to put into use a 287-km paved road between Ondorkhaan and Choibalsan in 2013, and a 177.9 km paved road Ondorkhaan--Monkhkhaan--Baruun-Urt in 2014, and to work out a project on a 290 km paved road in 2013 in a route Baruu-Urt--Erdenetsagaan--Bichigt border checkpoint. Apart of this, a construction of a building for Khentii aimag's vocational training center will be considered, and a project on the "Chingis Khaan" complex will be presented to the cabinet. Obligations were given to Kh.Battulga, the Minister of Industry and Agriculture, and to Ch.Erdenebaatar, the governor of Khentii aimag, to consider making a vegs storage. B.Khuder
