Doha, October 10 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji Sitiveni Rabuka on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day. (QNA)
