Int'l Health Exhibition Opens In Iran

Tehran, May 19, IRNA – The 16th Iran Health International Exhibition began its work here Saturday in the presence of senior officials in charge of health and medical activities. The exhibition is attended by 410 companies from Iran and other countries including South Korea, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Lebanon and China. Over 100 foreign guests have participated in the four-day exhibition. Speaking on the sidelines of the exhibitionˈs inaugural ceremony, Head of Iranˈs Association of Medical, Dental & Lab Equipment Manufacturers Qasem AbkhezHr said that Tehran was exporting medical equipment to 40 countries. Abkhezr said some 54 percent of Iran's medical equipment are produced inside the country. The 16th Iran Health International Exhibition will end on May 21./end
