AIPS ASIA approves advisory committee

Manama, July 3 (BNA): President of the Asian Sports Press Association AIPS ASIA, Vice President of International Sports Press Association AIPS, Mohammed Qasim received Mohammad Al Maliki Vice President of the International Federation of Sports Press, head of AIPS ASIA Advisory committee . During the meeting it was agreed on the framework and standards that will proceed the work of the Advisory Committee in light of its great importance to the mission of the AIPS ASIA, the two parties confirmed that work mechanisms will proceed in accordance with the agenda set by the association in order to achieve the goals set by the Executive Committee. The members of the Advisory Committee were adopted after the approval of the Executive Committee upon the nominations submitted by the Committee which consists of: Mohammed Maliki as head of the committee, Iraqi Khalid Jassim Vice President, and the membership of the Qatari Dr. Ahmed Al Mohannadi who serves also as Rapporteur of the committee, the Saudi Raja Allah Salam, the Turkmenistan Kakaaov and the Pakistani Shahed Shaikh. President of the AIPS ASIA Mohammed Qasim called upon the Advisory Committee to convene its first meeting in the Nepali capital Kathmandu on 24th of July; previous to the Executive Committee meeting; in order to review different matters concerning the association and to take the required consultation and advice from the committee members before presenting these aspects and resolutions to the Executive Committee in order to make their final decisions. It will be the task of the Advisory Committee to provide advice, opinions and proposals in regard to the media work in which the Executive Committee of the AIPS ASIA aspires. in order to develop and change the reality of media in the Asian continent in the best way possible.
