Bahrain finished ninth in Asian junior championship

Manama, July 28 (BNA): Bahrain finished 9th in ninth Asian Men’s Junior Volley Championship which ended today. Bahrain’s national team defeated Sri Lanka in three straight sets in the match which was played at the hall of Bahrain Volley Ball Association in Riffa. Iran won the trophy after beat South Korea in the final of the 9th in ninth Asian Men’s Junior Volley Championship in three straight sets. Iraq booked the fourth spot after losing to Thailand by 1 set to three. Meanwhile, China, finished fifth after defeating Taiwan by three sets to one. Australia defeated Kazakhstan by three straight sets to finish seventh.
