Bahraini Taekwondo players win gold in Thailand

Manama, July 1 (BNA): Bahraini Taekwondo players Fawzia Mohamed and Jumana Mohammed won two gold medals in Thailand’s Heroes Open International Championship2018 with the participation of more than 1050 players from around the globe. Fawzia (below 49-kg weight) beat her counterpart from Hong Kong (21/9). Jumana (below 57-kg weight) beat her counterpart from Hong Kong 7/6). Bahrain Self-Defence Federation's President Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayat congratulated HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, ascribing both victories to HH Shaikh Nasser's constant support to Bahraini sports and dedicating all potentials to achieve feats in sports.
