Carlos Santana to bring Divination Tour to BIC

Manama, Feb. 24 (BNA): Ten-time GRAMMY® winner Carlos Santana is bringing his celebrated Divination Tour to Bahrain International Circuit on April 6, Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) has announced. Santana is a legendary voice of world music and his ground-breaking Afro-Latin-blues-rock fusion transcends musical genres and generational, cultural and geographical boundaries. As a result, he has sold more than 100 million records and reached more than 100 million fans at concerts worldwide. To date, Santana has won ten GRAMMY® Awards and three Latin GRAMMY® Awards. He won a record-tying nine GRAMMYs for a single project Supernatural (including Album of the Year and Record of the year for “Smooth”). This will be Carlos Santana’s first in Bahrain, where he will be performing passion-infused songs from over four decades of his career, including his hits from Woodstock to Supernatural and beyond.
