HM the King congratulated by BFA president

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): President of the Bahrain Football Association (BFA) Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the winning of HM the King's Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and the Bahrain Olympic Committee President Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa of the second place in the Ironman 70.3 Middle East Championship (triathlon). BFA president lauded the outstanding organisation and success of the world event, commending the tremendous efforts exerted by Bahraini competencies in this regard. Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa affirmed that HM King Hamad's attendance of the world sporting event is a major honouring for it, crediting HM the King for successes of the youth and sport movement in the kingdom. BFA president congratulated Shaikh Nasser on the historic exploit he achievement during a world sports gathering in which more than 1,100 elite world athletes and champions participated, noting that Shaikh Nasser's victory adds to record of landmark accomplishments of the Bahraini triathlon.
