KHK MMA founder congratulated by BMMAA

Manama, July 13 (BNA): Khalid A. Al Khayyat the Board Chairman of Bahrain MMA Association (BMMAA) congratulated HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa the founder of KHK MMA Organisation, on the occasion of winning the IMMAF amateurs championship third position title by 57-kg Bahraini fighter Fahad Abdulrazzaq. The championship was organized by the IMMAF in association with the Ultimate Fight Championship (UFC) Organisation in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Al Khayyat lauded the world-class performance that translates the personal interest on the part of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa in the MMA sport. His Highness has always been keen on the provision of optimum atmospheres and all the necessary poentials for MMA in the country. He praised the level showcased by Bahraini MMA fighter Fahad Abdulrazzaq that reflects Bahrain's attained level of MMA game and the huge preparations and ongoing training as well as constant follow up by the technical and administrative crews. He added that this latest accomplishment is an addition to the Kingdom of Bahrain's record as the first Gulf country and the second in the Arab world to achieve such result at this international sports event. This calls for optimism for more accomplishments in upcoming championships and consolidation of the Kingdom's position on the world map of MMA sports both regionally and internationally.
